M-Series HD – Heavy-Duty Power for 5-Axis Machining

Sheer power and highly dynamic at the same time – without compromises from rough to fine 5-axis machining. The CYTEC M-Series HD is the heavy-duty version of the M-Series fork milling head: UHT DirectDrive motors deliver up to 2,870 Nm on the A-axis while 4,000/5,000 Nm hydraulic clamping keeps every cut rigid.

With 110°/360° motion and ±2″ positioning accuracy, the M-Series HD is the robust all-rounder for demanding roughing and finishing – in aerospace, heavy machinery, and large-part production.
